New brochures went out by mail earlier today

by on Apr.25, 2006, under Artist Updates, Marketing Ideas

If I happen to have your mailing address easily accessible, chances are you’ll get a new brochure in the mail very soon! I spent a few hours tonight getting my mailings prepared and then dropped them off at the post office. :D

I am excited to show these off, the more I see them, the more beautiful they look!

Let me say that I am having some computer issues, my desktop computer where I do most of my work is acting up. Not the first time and probably won’t be the last. :| Can’t start up windows due to missing or corrupt system file (windows\system32\config\system). As soon as I locate my windows xp cd, I’ll be able to ….I mean, my brother will be able to fix it…he’s my tech support. ;)

So if I am a bit delayed in responding to email, I apologize ahead of time. As soon as I am back up running on my desktop, I will answer all email in the order they are received. Right now I am trying to take care of some stuff on my laptop. If you really need something answered right away or would like to set up a free in-home demonstration, please call my cell phone. My contact info is located here. Thanks!

T-shirts with CosmicRooms.com logo look fantastic!

by on Apr.16, 2006, under Marketing Ideas

Ever since I decided to go full time with Starscapes® three weeks ago, I’ve been sporting my logo on all my t-shirts. Nothing professionally done, just the iron-on transfers. :D

The printable transfers aren’t too bad at all. I got some for black garments and it actually came out really nice! I put the multicolor logo on all my black tees and it looks really tastefully done…small logo where the pocket would be if it had a shirt pocket. I washed them all and still the tranfer look bright and retained all its glorious colors!!

I’d like to find a place who can do the silk screening in all the colors I have in my logo and stick it on really cute girly tees. Oh, not have costing me an arm and a leg :P For the time being, I will stick with my home-made t-shirts! I get these cute v-neck mossimo tees at target for 9 bucks and I iron-on my own logo so for under $10.00 and some effort on my part, I can sport around a wearable advertisement…and it really is tastefully done!

I should take pictures of the t-shirts I made!! :D I was searching online last night on places that sold the shirt style I like in wholesale. Silk screening gets expensive, anywhere from 12-35 dollars per shirt with atleast a 6 shirt minimum. But still I wonder if they can duplicate all the colors in my color or if I have to go with a black and white logo that I use on my white shirts! On to more research!

New Presentation Binder is complete!

by on Apr.13, 2006, under Marketing Ideas

It’s that time of the year again…the weather is staying above 50 during the day and today was picture perfect! Warm 70′s temperature, blue sky and lovely clouds, and just a slight breeze with plenty of sunshine! Spring time is the BEST time…and what’s better is that my taxes are finally done! Only 5 more days til the deadline for filing this year, 18th.

With the taxes behind me (I propose a state of tax-free forever) and my brochures have gone to press, I had time to finish my newest marketing project which is my presentation binder. Complete with basically everything I would need to do my in-home demos, one wonders why I didn’t think of it before :|

The answer: it’s all about the timing! Things happen at the precise moment they are meant to….and there’s a reason you are here reading this! Perhaps you are having trouble relaxing or falling asleep at night. Maybe you’ve got spring fever and decided to beautify your home. As you’re walking from your car to your house, you look up at the sky to see the stars slowly appearing. You linger a bit longer outside because you want to behold the beauty of the nightsky for just a little while longer…

Imagine if you could look up every night to a crystal clear view of the heavens…now imagine doing so from the comforts of your own bed! What a way to end the day, gazing up at the most dazzling view of the nightsky ever! Just like my 5yr old niece would say…”ahhh…that’s the life right there, Aunt Jean.” Little kids sure know how to enjoy the little things in life that makes life worth living :)

Call me for a free demo, I’ll show you what I can do on your ceiling today so you’ll be enjoying one of life’s simple pleasures of enchanting stars, tonight, tomorrow night, and every night for years to come! Wait til you see my new presentation binder, I even impressed myself with it ;)
