The finished clouds mural on a textured ceiling

Here are a couple of photos of my final clouds sky mural. On textured surfaces, it is really hard to tell the details of the clouds themselves. In fact, texture surfaces was a big distraction from the clouds themselves as you can see below. Click to enlarge. :)

This room has an entrance to the attic and on the door there, I was able to paint more detailed clouds. Below is a shot of those details. Again, click to enlarge!

I really like the way the colorwashing of the two blue tones went on this ceiling. The stars will be painted next week…so stay tuned for more photos! :D
